Special Orders

Special-order items are products ordered specifically at the customer's request and may require additional processing or delivery time.

Estimated availability, shipping, and delivery dates for special-order merchandise are not guaranteed. Delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, backorders, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Southern Tool Deals may occur.

Once a special order has been placed with a supplier, the customer may not cancel the order solely because of a supplier or shipping delay, except where cancellation or another remedy is required by applicable law.

Special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where the item received is incorrect, materially different from what was ordered, defective where applicable, or where otherwise required by law.

If Southern Tool Deals or its supplier is unable to fulfill a special order, Southern Tool Deals may cancel the order and issue the appropriate credit.
