Customers are responsible for making sure their shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order.

Processing

We make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders promptly.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during periods of high order volume may require additional processing time.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery

Delivery dates provided by Southern Tool Deals, Shopify, or the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged, please contact Southern Tool Deals as soon as possible.

Keep the item and all original packaging. We may request photographs of:

The damaged item
The shipping box
Packing materials
Shipping label
Visible package damage

Do not discard damaged packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If Southern Tool Deals ships the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and correct the problem.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available on eligible orders.

Customers selecting local pickup should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready for pickup before arriving.

ALL CUSTOMERS PICKING UP PRODUCT SHOULD CALL TO SET UP A TIME FOR PICKUP.

Pickup instructions will be provided with the order notification.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not qualify for standard shipping because of their size, weight, contents, carrier restrictions, or applicable shipping regulations.

This may include certain batteries, hazardous materials, oversized equipment, or other restricted products.
